Jewellery Change or Downsize

Downsizing is changing the piece of jewellery you were pierced with to a shorter bar once the initial swelling has subsided. It is important for successful healing in some piercings especially the top of the ear and nostrils but is especially so for oral piercings to minimise any damage that could be caused to teeth and gums. Some people may find that they need to downsize a couple of times during their healing journey. If you have any questions please feel welcome to get in touch.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel or reschedule please let us know as soon as possible either by email or Instagram/Facebook message, thank you! Please note that if you provide your phone number you may get a reminder text for your appointment; this is automatic so please do not reply to this text, we will not receive your reply. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to twenty four hours prior without penalty. Please note that if you will be charged a fee of £10 if you: • are late for your appointment, • don’t show up for your appointment, • if you give less than 24 hours notice to rearrange or cancel your appointment, • if you are asked to provide photo ID and do not have it available, • or if you are asked to provide photo ID and evidence of parental responsibility if you are accompanying a child receiving the service and do not have both available.
