These gorgeous 14k gold stars from BVLA really are tiny at approximately 3mm in diameter, they would be perfect for many piercings including lobe, helix, nostril and lips!

They are threadless so can be used with any good quality threadless post but because of their tiny size we wouldn’t recommend a post thicker than 16G(1.2mm). Posts are available separately.
